1.1. amarghorbd provides interior design services as described on our website. 

1.2. We offer four tiers of service: Basic, Advanced, Premium, and Luxurious. 

1.3. The specifics of each service tier are subject to change and are detailed on our Service page.

2. Quotes and Pricing

2.1. All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on the specific requirements of your project. 

2.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

2.3. A 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.

3. Project Timeline

3.1. Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of work, availability of materials, and other factors beyond our control. 

3.2. We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline but are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their space and requirements. 

4.2. Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays. 

4.3. Access to the property must be provided as agreed upon in the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All designs, concepts, and materials created by amarghorbd remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. 

5.2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for any purpose other than the agreed-upon project without our written consent.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. We respect your privacy and will keep all client information confidential. 

6.2. We may use photos of completed projects for our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking a consultation will receive a full refund. 

7.2. For cancellations after work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. 

7.3. We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time. In such cases, a full refund of any unused deposit will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. amarghorbd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. 

8.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold amarghorbd and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses, and expenses arising from or in any way related to any third-party claims relating to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
